Matt Damon First Look in Ridley Scott's The Martian

Ridley Scott's New Upcoming Film got it first look by showing us Matt Damon in an Astronaut Suit.

Looks Familiar ? That is because Matt Damon also appear as an Astronaut in Last Year's Christopher Nolan Interstellar. The Martian is an adaption from Andy Weir's Novel with the same name.

Earlier today we've got some slick looking official photos of Matt Damon wearing an Astronaut Suit in the set of The Martian after 20th Century Fox (via Empire). The look the suit is probably interesting, even though it seems to be similar on Interstellar space suits it the suit feels like it sets the tone of the environment we expect to see on the movie.

The Martian synopsis was also revealed, where it seems to be showing a survival type sci-fi film.

A Mission to Mars sent's Matt Damon's Character and his Crew to mars. Here is the official Description of the plot (via Slashfilm) :

Six days ago, astronaut Mark Watney became one of the first people to walk on Mars.

Now, he’s sure he’ll be the first person to die there.

After a dust storm nearly kills him and forces his crew to evacuate while thinking him dead, Mark finds himself stranded and completely alone with no way to even signal Earth that he’s alive—and even if he could get word out, his supplies would be gone long before a rescue could arrive.

Chances are, though, he won’t have time to starve to death. The damaged machinery, unforgiving environment, or plain-old “human error” are much more likely to kill him first.

But Mark isn’t ready to give up yet. Drawing on his ingenuity, his engineering skills—and a relentless, dogged refusal to quit—he steadfastly confronts one seemingly insurmountable obstacle after the next. Will his resourcefulness be enough to overcome the impossible odds against him?
